1. What this notice covers

This notice describes how Luxury On Paper handles information when you browse the website, join the early-access mailing list, shop for downloadable planners, purchase items, recover downloads, or contact support. Currently offered digital products are delivered electronically, not shipped.

2. Information we collect or process

Website operations: Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, approximate location inferred from network information, timestamps and security/error logs. Google Fonts may receive technical connection information.

Cart: Product identifiers are saved in browser local storage under lop-cart-v1. No account is needed for browsing, and clearing site data removes the local cart.

Purchases: Stripe processes checkout and payment-card details. We do not store full payment-card numbers in our order database. We may retain checkout email, product identifiers, Stripe session and event references, transaction amount, currency, payment mode and payment date. Stripe may obtain billing information under its own policies.

Early-access/product emails: When you subscribe, we record the email address, optional interest category, signup source, consent time, and delivery/unsubscribe state. We send confirmation, launch and occasional product updates to subscribers. You may unsubscribe using links in marketing messages. Prior unsubscribe choices are not automatically reversed by visiting the site or making purchases; a separate rejoin process is available.

Support and download recovery: We use the email, correspondence, order details and information you provide to resolve issues or locate a previous purchase. To deter abuse, recovery rate limits may store keyed hashes derived from email addresses and request IPs, rather than raw values in that rate-limit table.

3. Purposes

We process information to operate and protect the website, preserve shopping carts, verify purchases, deliver purchased files, administer subscriptions, send transactional and recovery messages, answer inquiries, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records and meet legal obligations. Purchasing alone does not automatically subscribe a customer to marketing.

4. Providers and disclosures

Our providers include Vercel (hosting and logs), Stripe (payments), Supabase (private subscriber/order records and downloads), Resend (email), Namecheap and business email providers (domain/mail) and Google Fonts. Providers process the data needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to address fraud and security incidents, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

5. Private download links

Purchases must be verified before a signed URL is issued. Private file links generally expire in 90 seconds; initial email access links generally last 14 days, and requested recovery links approximately one hour. Eligible customers may request new recovery access. Keep links private.

6. Retention

We retain payment references, orders, support correspondence and subscription records as needed for fulfillment, service, accounting/tax obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, unsubscribe preferences and applicable law. Providers may retain their own logs under their policies. We may delete or de-identify information when no longer required. We do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule that has not been implemented.

7. Choices and privacy requests

You can remove the local cart by clearing browser site data; unsubscribe from marketing using the link in those emails; or contact support@luxuryonpaper.com about access, correction or deletion of information in our control. We may need to verify identity and preserve records legally required for financial, fraud or dispute purposes. Your location may give you additional privacy rights.

8. Children's information

The store is not directed to children under 13. If you think a child supplied personal information, contact support.

9. Updates and contact
