1. Scope
These terms apply to downloadable planning products offered through the current storefront. Digital products are not physical goods and are not shipped. Future physical planners will require separate production, shipping and returns terms. Nothing in these terms overrides nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
2. Product formats and compatibility
Listings specify included formats, sizes, page counts and intended use. Some files are US Letter/A4 printable PDFs, others hyperlinked tablet-oriented PDFs. ZIP files may require extraction. Unless a listing says otherwise, files are not editable design templates, fillable forms or standalone apps. Software and device compatibility varies; review the listing before purchase.
3. Pricing, payment, taxes and delivery
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Checkout is processed by Stripe. Applicable tax, if any, should be shown before payment once appropriate tax settings are configured. Digital files become available after payment verification via the confirmation page and, where enabled, a secure email access link. If you were charged but cannot access the files, contact support before buying again. Do not share access tokens.
4. Personal-use license
A verified purchase grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable personal, noncommercial license. You may keep reasonable backups, print/reprint worksheets for personal use, and annotate compatible planner PDFs. You may not resell, publicly distribute, sublicense, upload source files, package them into other products for resale or claim ownership. Copyright does not transfer. Applicable statutory rights remain intact.
5. Product issues and service availability
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and functional downloads, but occasional technical interruptions can occur. For damaged, missing or materially misdescribed products, review our Digital Delivery and Refund Policy. Third-party PDF apps may change compatibility. No planner guarantees a particular academic, personal, business or financial outcome.
6. Appropriate use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass payment verification, access another purchaser's files or redistribute files contrary to the license.
7. Consumer protections
Planners and worksheets are organizational resources, not individualized financial, legal, tax or medical advice. These terms do not exclude remedies or liability where applicable law prohibits exclusion.
8. Customer support
We aim to acknowledge general inquiries within two business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays; paid-download access problems are prioritized with an initial response targeted within one business day when possible. Refund and correction targets appear in the Digital Delivery and Refund Policy. These are goals, not restrictions on legal remedies or statutory deadlines.
9. Changes and contact
