Your download and printing guide
A simple guide to opening your files, choosing the right paper size, and getting help when something goes wrong.
The shop is currently open for browsing; checkout is not enabled yet. The steps below explain how downloads work for completed purchases once sales open.
1. Download and open your files
- After a successful payment, use the download link on your order confirmation page or in your receipt.
- Save the ZIP file to your device. A ZIP is a folder of files packaged into one download.
- Use your device’s file manager to extract or uncompress the ZIP. Open the PDFs inside the extracted folder.
- Read the included instructions and keep a backup of your purchased files.
On a phone or tablet, check the Downloads folder in your file-management app. If tapping the ZIP does not extract it, look for an Extract or Uncompress action. Exact controls vary by device.
Keep order links private. If a link expires, use Recover downloads with the email used at checkout.
2. Choose your paper and print settings
- Choose the US Letter PDF for 8.5 × 11 inch paper or the A4 PDF for 210 × 297 mm paper.
- Match the paper size in your printer settings. The 2027 Payday & Bills calendar uses landscape pages; The Bill Edit and Payday to Payday use portrait pages.
- Start with one test page. Use Actual size / 100% when the page fits your printer’s printable area. If edges are cut off, try Fit to printable area.
- Check the writing space and readability before printing the full planner. Black-and-white or grayscale printing can reduce color ink use; check contrast on your test page.
Print only the pages you need. Undated worksheets can be reprinted for your personal use.
3. Using a planner on a tablet
Products labeled “Hyperlinked” are designed for compatible PDF annotation apps. Import the extracted PDF into your chosen app, and use its link/navigation mode to follow tabs. Use writing/annotation mode to write on the pages.
Printable PDFs can often be viewed or annotated on a tablet, but they do not automatically gain clickable tabs or fillable fields. No tablet app or subscription is included.

I cannot find my download or receipt
Check your download folder and email spam folder. Use Recover downloads with the same email you used at checkout. If you paid but cannot access your files, contact support before placing another order.
The download link expired
Download links are short-lived for privacy. Return to your order-access page to request a fresh download, or use email recovery. Downloaded files already saved to your device remain available.
The ZIP or PDF will not open
Check that the download finished, then extract the ZIP before opening a PDF. Try downloading again on a stable connection. If the problem continues, contact support with the product name, device, app, and exact error message.
The printed page is cropped or too small
Match the PDF edition to your paper size and check orientation. Preview the page before printing. Try Actual size first; if your printer clips the edges, use Fit to printable area. Test one page before printing the rest.
I expected an editable template or a physical planner
These listings are digital PDFs; no physical item is shipped. Printable products are not editable templates or fillable forms. Read the product description and digital delivery and refund policy, then contact us if the delivered files do not match the listing.
Can I share or resell the files?
The files are licensed for purchaser personal use. You may print copies for yourself, but may not distribute, share, or resell the digital files. See the personal-use license.
